A Song of Passion and Flame

Fools Day 2026

Neither Andy or Fin cares for pranks, so for Fools Day 2026 they claimed the spirit of the day for themselves by leaning into something richer: beauty, playfulness, and a touch of mischief without cruelty. Andy created a series of elegant, medieval-inspired jesters—figures that feel more like courtly spirits than punchlines—including a few intimate portraits of Andy and Fin themselves as fools, alongside a cast of masked trickster animals caught mid-revel.

Fin answered with his own kind of magic: flowers patterned in harlequin checks, some bold and unmistakable, others hidden like secrets in the petals, and a gathering of whimsical harlequin gnomes—including special guests Zef and his goblin husband Snorb, honored guests in this reimagined celebration.

Together, they transformed April Fools’ Day into something entirely their own: not a day of embarrassment or deception, but one of art, transformation, and joyful, intentional whimsy.
